You can cancel an eligible order at any time before delivery or within 14 days after receiving it. Once cancelled, you have 14 days to return any products you have already received.

To receive a full refund, your item must be returned unused and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. This means:

1. Returns must include everything that came with your order, including authenticity certificates, free gifts, dust bags, branded boxes, and pouches.

2. If a gift, such as a free bracelet, was included with your purchase, it must also be returned. Gifts are only included when the full order is kept.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made products like snail mail.

Our response time is typically within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. As a slow living company we do not work on weekends.
