Hello my fellow Intentional Bohemian. I’m Kaya-Quintana and this is ‘My Not So Secret Journal’.
And since this is one of my journals, albeit in podcast form, I have to start it with an intro page. Or in this case an intro episode, because I make intro’s for all of my journals. I like scribbling down a bit of info about myself at the moment I start a new one. Sometimes I add a selfie, because I love archiving special moments.
It creates a cute little snapshot of my history. Where I am in that moment, why I’m there or why I’m starting a new journal. It creates context for when I reread my entries later, very handy! So let’s dive in.
